Then delight your taste buds with one of our chef's sumptuous creations from The Lakeland Bar & Brasserie.

The Lakeland Bar & Brasserie boasts a large selection of buffet or set dinner menus as well as a delicious a la carte menu that changes seasonally. Open for breakfast from 7am-9am daily. Bar opens at 5pm and dinner from 6pm. Group lunches by request. Reservations recommended but not essential (groups over 8 must book prior). Available for private functions.

Please note:
The Restaurant and Bar will be closed for dinner from 5 December to 16 December 2025. Breakfast will continue to be served daily from 7am–9am. Our reception team will be happy to recommend local dining options during this period.

The Restaurant and Bar are closed on Sunday and Monday nights.
